G&G Earth Materials is a family-run operation led by father-and-son team Ron and Aaron Ghiroli in Branford, Connecticut. Ron founded the business over 30 years ago with help from his own parents, determined to create a place where natural wood waste could be transformed into something useful for the community. What started as a small recycling yard has grown into a 14-acre facility with a fleet of over a dozen machines and trucks, serving top landscaping companies across the shoreline and partnering with the Town of Branford on local projects.

Aaron, who earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, built his career in the business world before joining his father full-time. Today, he brings that professional expertise to the family enterprise — along with a new generation of Ghiroli pride whenever his young daughter stops by for visits.

Together, Ron and Aaron combine decades of hands-on experience with a shared commitment to hard work, community ties, and environmental responsibility, ensuring that G&G remains a trusted resource for quality topsoil, sustainable wood recycling, and personal service.
